MILTON CHAMPION - The 2015 Toronto Pan Am Games velodrome is going to Milton. Milton town council voted Monday night in favour of becoming the host community for a Pan Am velodrome, dashing the hopes of Hamilton cyclist supporters lobbying for the indoor cycling track.
