MILTON CHAMPION - Halton MPP Ted Chudleigh has some reservations about the Milton Pam Am velodrome moving forward. He said while the indoor cycling centre will present many opportunities for the town, velodromes around the world have seen their share of difficulty and he warned caution should be exercised.
